*NEW Waitlist Policy*
Beginning September 1st, we will no longer contact you personally via text, email or Facebook to let you know that you have been added from the waitlist into a class (this includes all 8am classes).  If you are on a waitlist and have been added to class, we will assume you will be attending class since you signed up. You will be notified via email when you have been added to class (up to 15 minutes prior to class time). If you would like to be notified via text message, please make sure we have your cell phone number and mobile provider. We must have both for text notifications! You may email us the information at or tell us when you check-in for class.

If you are on a class waitlist and you know that you will not be able to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If you get added to the class from the waitlist, we will always assume you will attend class. Failure to not show up when added from a waitlist will result in a late fee cancelation charge of $5.

We need everyone's help with our online registration policy- your workout buddies are depending on you! We must have 4 people registered for class 4 hours prior to class time, otherwise class will be canceled. Again, please make sure your account information is up-to-date. If we have to cancel class due to lack of attendance, you will receive an automated email (or automated text if your information is on file-see above) letting you know that class has been canceled.  6am classes will be canceled by 10pm the night prior.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock, rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series, which is hand-selected by music enthusiasts, drummers and POUND founders Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom.


POUND combines easy to follow (and not complex or embarrassing) cardio moves with strength training and drumming. This combo works the entire body, raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone, and forces each move to be as precise as a basic beat.

Meet Beth Hargis, our latest #TransformationTuesday story.  We hope her story will inspire you just like it has us!

"In Feb, I had come to the realization that I had lost myself, I was working full time, being a wife and mother of two, I never made time for me. I thought I was doing everything right, taking care of everyone, except me.  After 11 years, I was starting to become very stressed, bitter, and very unhappy with how I felt and looked physically. I was not practicing what I was preaching to my children. Tired of hearing myself say,  "one day when the kids are grown……".  My transformation began in Feb. when I was introduced to Evolution Fitness. I attended my first Body Shred class with Holly. I struggled through the class and could not even talk after, I was so out of breath. I hated that feeling but I was vey determined. I attended cardio boxing and was blown away, it was a blast!! From this point forward, my mindset was changed thanks to the wide variety of classes and times, but most importantly the wonderful Instructors who have pushed, inspired, and cheered me on. I am reaching my goals! Not only am I kicking BUTT in Body Shred, but I have also added TRX/Spin Fusion to my Thursday night workout, that's back to back classes! And, it's not because the workouts are easy, but it's because I am getting stronger and I am loving the challenge! The instructors are there every step of the way!! My transformation has not only been a physical one but also mental.  It has not only transformed me, but also my family. I have learned through my fitness journey that I can have this time for myself. I have also found In so many ways, that I am a better Mother. My children are always excited to hear how Mom's class went!! Every time I put my clothes on, I see the results!!! My hardest decision now is choosing which classes I will attend each week!! I love them all and The Evolution Gang!!
