Q: What type of classes do you offer?

A: Evolution Fitness has the Wabash Valley’s largest variety of group fitness classes! Our stellar class line-up includes: Spin, Beginner Spin, TRX Tabata, TRX Suspension Training, Turbokick, Group Power, Kettlebell, Metafit HIIT and Small Group Personal Training!

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 3501 Erie Canal Rd, Terre Haute, IN 47802 inside Wabash Valley Tumbling and Gymnastics. Parking and the fitness center entrance is in the back of the building.

 

Q: Do you offer Personal Training?

A: Yes! Evolution Fitness has certified personal trainers on staff. If you are interested in training with one of our fitness specialists, please contact us at evolutionfitnessth@aol.com 

Q: How much are classes? 

A: Each fitness class is just $7! For your convenience, you may purchase multiple sessions in advance.

Q: Do I need a membership to workout at Evolution Fitness? 

A: Absolutely not! We want you to have the flexibility to attend classes that work with your schedule with no monthly fees. That’s why we created $5 fitness! All classes are just $5. 

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept credit cards online!

Q: Can I purchase classes in advance so I don't have to pay each time I attend a class?

A: ABSOLUTELY!  There is no need to carry cash or checks.  Simply purchase any dollar amount to apply to your account. Now you can just show up and exercise!

Q: Do pre-purchased classes expire?

A: Classes expire  30 days from the date of purchase. We are confident that you will have no problem using your pre-purchased classes within  60 days!

Q: Can I share my pre-purchased classes with a family member or friend?

A:  Yes! Just let us know that they are authorized to use your classes and we will link your accounts together! Otherwise, they will need to pay $5.

Q: What is Evolution Fitness' policy for winter weather conditions?

A:  If Vigo County schools are closed or operating on a 2 hour delay for severe road conditions such as snow and ice, there will be no 6am class. All other classes will be held at the regular time. Q: My favorite fitness class is not on the schedule at a time I can attend, any suggestions?

A:  Please let us know when you would like to see your favorite class on the schedule! The class schedule will be evaluated monthly. We also offer private or semi-private classes for you and your friends! Contact us at evolutionfitnessTH@aol.com to set up a time that works with your schedule! 

Q: I am new to exercising; can I still attend the fitness classes? 

A:  Of course! We are so happy that you decided to take the first step to a healthy lifestyle! Our certified fitness instructor will help you during class by modifying the exercise to your ability level to ensure you have proper form and technique. If you have any physical limitations, please make sure the instructor is aware so he/she can help you with modifications. Please make sure your healthcare provider has cleared you medically before attending any fitness class.

Q: What do I wear to class?

A:  We recommend that you wear comfortable loose fitting clothes that are easy to move when exercising. T-shirts, tank tops, sweat pants, shorts and tennis shoes are examples of acceptable workout attire. 

Q: Do I need to bring my own mat to class? 

A: We highly encourage you to bring your own mat to class. We do have mats available but these are on a first come first serve basis.

Q:  Do I need to sign up for classes?

A:  You do not need to sign up for class, however space is limited to the first 12 participants. To reserve your space in class, we strongly encourage that you pre-register for class if you plan to attend. From our home page, select "Class Registration" to create a free account to sign up for your desired classes.

Q:  I signed up for class but I am not able to attend, what should I do? 

A:  We require a 4 hour cancellation notice, please cancel on-line, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not cancel within the 4 hour cancellation window, you will be charged $5 as well as those who 'No Show'.
